Podcast episode 2: Behind the scenes with craft show organizers + smoky raz cocktail
Delilah and Nicole share their recipe for a smoky raz cocktail with mescal and tequila and chat with Carrie Nardini of I Made It! Market and Neighborhood Flea and Brittany Bly of Pop Shop America about the awesome and not so awesome parts of producing large-scale craft shows. - 1 shot of tequila
- ½ shot of mescal
- 1 shot of raspberry syrup
- the juice of one lime
- Make the raspberry simple syrup by putting equal parts water, raspberries and sugar into a pot and then simmering on a stove. The longer you simmer and let it sit, the stronger the flavors will be. When you’re ready, strain through a sieve into a bowl.
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and strain into your glass.
- Feel free to rim the edge of your glass with salt or spicy salt which is salt mixed with dried peppers.
