NICOLE STEVENSON, DEAR HANDMADE LIFE
Nicole is a multi-passionate creative, middle-aged first-time mama, impostor syndrome warrior, cheeseburger, cake and Korean BBQ connoisseur, confessional journaler, second-hand shop scavenger, deep dive conversationalist and the CEO and Creative Director at Dear Handmade Life.
pete davis, ampjar
Pete is Founder and CEO of Ampjar, a karmic advertising community that helps small brands to acquire customers through a fast and simple exchange of shout outs. Prior to running Ampjar, Pete ran a social and digital media agency which worked with household name brands in 6 countries. Pete sold the business to Private Equity in 2017. Pete is based out of Melbourne Australia where he lives with his wife Maria and 5 year old twin girls.
angie chua, bobo design studio
Angie Chua is the founder, heart, and soul of bobo design studio. A serial maker, designer, and craft-a-holic, she’s developed a lifestyle brand featuring wanderlust inspired goods. In addition to running her own product based business, Angie is an established hand lettering and chalk lettering artist having done hundreds of commission works and large chalkboard installations for retail spaces and events. When her hands aren’t covered in chalk dust, they are most likely covered in nacho cheese sauce.
gopi shah, gopi shah ceramics
Gopi Shah is the Owner and Creative Director of Gopi Shah Ceramics, a one-woman handcrafted pottery design studio in Long Beach, California. Gopi began working with clay at the age of 14 and continued her education in ceramics at the Museum of Fine Arts and Santa Monica College. Since starting her business in 2014, her work has been featured in Curbed and The Jungalow, displayed at the Craft Contemporary, and sold in West Elm and Anthropology. Her business has also been featured in international commercials for Quickbooks and FedEx. She currently resides in Long Beach with her catahoula, Hanz.
alicia desiree, crafts of a different shade
Alicia Desiree is a maker and teacher at Crafts of a Different Shade. She loves being able to offer a practical, supportive, encouraging way to learn crafts, party favors, and anything else creative that her blog followers need. Outside of crafting, you’ll catch her being a mom to her son, scrolling Facebook, posting to Instagram stories, or spending time laughing with friends and family.
