ADS IN THE PROGRAM

If an ad in the program is part of our agreement, please read the following.

PODCAST AD

If a podcast ad is part of of your sponsorship package, please read below.

You can either send us text and we will record and ad for you or you can record it yourself and send it to us. Please send text or recorded ad to nicole@dearhandmadelife.com.

REGISTRATION + HOTEL

If registration is part of our partnership, please read the following.

YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE BY January 15, 2019.

Hands-on workshop registration starts on February 23, 2019 at 10:00am PT. We’ll send out info about the code to register on January 16th. If you have not registered by January 15th, 2019 you will not get the link to sign up for hands-on classes.

To register:
1. Click HERE.
2. Click “enter promotional code” (in turquoise in the upper left hand corner of the ticket box) then enter: ccpss19 and click “apply code”.
3. The special ticket “Craftcation Sponsor Ticket” will then appear in the box. You will NOT see your ticket until you enter the promo code. Make sure you choose the correct ticket, which is “Craftcation Sponsor Ticket”!
3. Choose “Craftcation Sponsor Ticket” ticket and quantity 1 (or more if you are registering multiple people from your team). You may need to scroll down within the box to see your ticket.
4. Click “order now” (you may need to scroll down within the box to see “order now”) and then fill out the form and continue the registration process.
*We will not send a reminder about this so please do it ASAP.
*Book your hotel ASAP (the hotel sells out FAST) using the link on the registration page. If rooms are sold out please look here or email patchworkshow@gmail.com for a list of alternate places to stay.

POP-UP SHOP

If inclusion in the pop-up shop is part of your sponsorship package, please read the info below.

WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS BETWEEN MARCH 18 – MARCH 28, 2019.

Shipments received BEFORE OR AFTER this date will be returned to sender.

The pop-up shop is open during the whole conference and is fully staffed. You send your stuff, we sell it, take 40% and send you a check and any remaining items after Craftcation.

GIFT BAG INCLUSION

If gift bag inclusion is part of your sponsorship package, please read below.

Shipments received BEFORE OR AFTER this date will be returned to sender.

CRAFT WORKSHOP SUPPLY SHIPMENTS

PRIZE/GIVEAWAY/AMBASSADOR SHIPMENTS

If you are sending product for prizes or giveaways, please read below.

SPECIAL (VERY LARGE/PERISHABLE) SHIPMENTS

If you have a marketplace booth, room sponsorship, make and take activity at an event or other shipment that isn’t listed above, please email Nicole at nicole@dearhandmadelife.com so we know to expect your packages.

PRESENTATIONS

If a workshop is part of your sponsorship package and you have anything digital you want to project, please see below.

WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR POWERPOINT/PRESENTATIONS BY MARCH 8TH.

If you are planning to have a Powerpoint or digital presentation, we MUST HAVE it in advance so that we can organize them and have them ready to go at the conference.

-Please send all presentations to Spaulding at spaulding@dearhandmadelife.com.

-Title your email “your last name + presentation + name of your workshop”

OFFICE HOURS

If office hours are part of of your sponsorship package, please read below.

WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR ANSWERS TO THE OFFICE HOURS QUESTIONS BELOW BY FEBRUARY 15TH.

  1. Look at the schedule to decide when you’d like to schedule them. (Schedule will be up in January 2019)
