Once upon a time, good products were all you needed to build a business. Not anymore. Then you needed good products backed up by great service, but those eventually became the ‘minimum entry requirements’ for success rather than the ‘recipe for success’. In today’s densely crowded marketplace, customers want good products, great service, and a unique experience.

This often-overlooked facet of brand development holds the potential to electrify your customers to create ‘super fans’ who willingly rally the troops and spread your message. In this workshop, we’ll rethink the customer experience from start-to-finish and examine simple ways to articulate your brand values and enrich the encounter for your customers. I’ll also share a sneak peeks of the unboxing experiences from creative brands who have mastered the art.
