Office hours are one-on-one sessions that allow you the opportunity to connect with attendees for more personalized engagement. These sessions are set around your schedule in 1+ hour blocks that are split up into 10-20 min sessions. As these are set around your schedule, you can offer as many or as few sessions as you’d like – it’s completely up to you. This is your chance to offer mini-mentorship to creatives in need and share more about your services. Conference attendees will sign up to join you for Office Hours once they arrive at the conference.

Do you have a craft kit, book, embroidery pattern, sticker set, etc. that you would like to sell in our pop-up shop? Use the button below to access the inventory sheet and shipping instructions. You send your items, we display and sell them in our fully-staffed and secure Pop-Up Shop and you’ll receive payment for 60% of your sales by May 15, 2024.

BUSINESS LECTURES/PANELS: presentations

If applicable, click the button below to submit your Workshop Presentation. Presentations will be loaded onto a Craftcation laptop and prepped and ready for your workshop. For streamlining and technical reasons, presenters are no longer allowed to use their own laptops to present.

Business Handouts/ Worksheets OR Craft Patterns

Handouts: We are unable to print handouts for each attendee who attends your workshop. Multiple copies of handouts can be printed for sharing among participants during the session.
Worksheets: If you plan to offer a worksheet as part of your session, please keep it to 3 pages or less.
Patterns: We will assume one per attendee unless otherwise noted in your submission.
ACCEPTABLE FORMATS:
PDF, no more than 3 pages per worksheet, black and white only
