Craftcation Conference Ticket Policy
We understand that plans can change, but unfortunately, Craftcation Conference tickets are non-refundable, whether original or deferred registrations. Once confirmed and processed, registrations cannot be refunded. Attendees facing unforeseen circumstances have options to either transfer and sell their registration to another individual, with the new registrant adhering to Craftcation Conference terms, or defer their registration to a future year, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Craftcation Conference Deferred Registration Terms and Conditions.
In the event of conference cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, your registration will be transferred to the rescheduled event. For further assistance, contact hello@craftcationconference.com.

In lieu of a refund, attendees have the following options:
- Transfer and Sale: Attendees may sell and transfer their registration to another individual for a transfer fee of $50 payable to Craftcation Conference – see details below. The new registrant must comply with the Craftcation Conference terms and conditions outlined on this page.
- Deferral to Future Year: Alternatively, attendees may choose to defer their registration to a future year, subject to the terms and conditions outlined on this page below.
If you have a ticket purchased in 2023 or 2024 for Craftcation 2025, use the following instructions. To transfer a deferred registration purchased before 2023, or for any other transfer questions or troubleshooting, please email us.
- Head to the Account Center and either login or claim your account.
- Once you are logged in to your account, find your registration, and click on “transfer.”
- You’ll then enter the name and email of the person buying your ticket.
- Your buyer will receive an email to claim the ticket from you, they will then claim an account with their email and pay.
- Once their payment is complete, your ticket will be refunded minus a $50 transfer fee.
Attendees who have paid registrations for Craftcation Conference have the option to defer their registration to a future year. To initiate the deferral process, attendees must submit a written request to Craftcation Conference at least 15 days before the originally scheduled event using the form at the bottom of this page.
1. ONE TIME DEFERRAL:
Each paid registration is eligible for a one-time deferral. Attendees may choose to defer their registration to a future year on a single occasion. Subsequent requests for deferral will not be accepted, and the registration will be subject to standard cancellation and refund policies. The one-time deferral option is designed to accommodate unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance in the originally scheduled year.
2. DEFERRAL TIMELINE:
The deferred registration must be utilized within 2 years from the date of the original conference for which the registration was purchased. A deferral fee may be applicable, and attendees will be responsible for any increase in registration fees between the original and deferred years.
3. TRANSFERABILITY:
Deferred registrations are non-transferable to another individual or organization after the 2-year timeline specified above has passed. However, attendees may transfer the deferred registration within the designated timeline by notifying the Craftcation Conference organizers in writing and providing necessary details about the new registrant – see paragraph 1.
4. NOTIFICATION OF ATTENDANCE:
Attendees must confirm their intention to attend the Craftcation Conference in the deferred year within 90 days of the conference date. Failure to confirm attendance by this date may result in the expiration of the deferred registration.
5. EXPIRATION OF DEFERRED REGISTRATION:
If the deferred registration is not utilized within the specified timeframe or if attendees fail to confirm their attendance by the designated date, the deferred registration will expire. No refunds will be issued.
6. EVENT CHANGES:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to changes in the conference schedule or cancellation, the Craftcation Conference organizers reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to the deferral policy.
7. REFUND POLICY:
Craftcation Conference does not offer refunds for deferred registrations. Refund policies for the original registration are applicable as per the Craftcation Conference standard terms and conditions.
