Hello Makers!

We’re excited to introduce Patchwork Show-at-Home, a virtual live video craft festival featuring makers showcasing their goods and process, craft and wellness activities and special deals. Although COVID-19 has forced us to postpone our spring season, we’re bringing the community and creativity you love about our in-person Patchwork Show events to you!

Fill out the application below. The jury will review your application and be in touch if we’re able to feature you. Please don’t email us to check the status of your application.

Patchwork Show-at-Home Vendor Details:

-Approved vendors will be invited to join us via Instagram Live for one of our Patchwork Show-at-Home events where you’ll be able to introduce yourself and your brand, share a bit about your studio and process and showcase a few of your products during your 2-3 minute segment.

-Viewers will be directed to your website to purchase your products. Feel free to offer viewers a special gift with purchase or deal as an incentive and thank you for continuing to shop small.

-We’ll also feature you on our Patchwork Show-at-Home website page with a link to your online shop.

-You’ll be featured on our social media: in one of our Instagram stories and a round up post on our Instagram (28,500+ followers) and Facebook (27,000+ followers) accounts. Patchwork Show-at-Home events will also be featured in our newsletter (30,000+ subscribers).

-Applicants must have an Instagram account and be ready to chat about and showcase your products.

-Applications are rolling which means that they remain open until all slots are filled. Vendor showcase spaces are first come first serve. After you apply, if you are approved, we will contact you with an invoice to submit your payment and your showcase date and time. You will have 48 hours to confirm your participation or we will give your spot to the next vendor on the list.

    If you would like to share an experience with viewers (either along with your products or alone), please review and fill out the section below.

    We’re adding simple craft projects and offer a specialty experiences to Patchwork Show-at-Home.

    Some ideas to get your creativity flowing: quick watercolor lesson, how to make a sugar scrub with ingredients from your kitchen, painted pasta necklaces for kids, a journaling exercise, a quick yoga stretch session, a short meditation. Keep in mind that people will be at home and may not have access to complex supplies, so keep it simple, accessible and engaging. Experiences should be under 15 minutes.

    We do not charge a participation fee for experience hosts! We will share your website info so viewers can find you.

  • For example: Holiday Gift Tag DIY
  • For example: Join The Craft Shoppe for holiday gift tag making using wood tags, collage and acrylic paint. Spruce up your gifts with a handmade touch and tap into your creativity.
  • Photos:

    If you have photos of your project/experience, please send them to hello@dearhandmadelife.com. We will potentially share these photos on our social media to promote your experience. If you don't have photos, don't worry!

  • PARTICIPATION & APPLICATION FEES:

    We charge a $5 application fee and a $20 participation fee for makers. There is no participation fee for experiences. If you apply as a maker and also want to offer an experience, and we accept both, we will waive your participation fee.

    IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AFTER YOU FILL OUT THE APPLICATION, THAT MEANS WE DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION BECAUSE YOU MISSED FILLING OUT A REQUIRED SECTION (NOTED WITH A RED *) ON THE FORM.

    We do not give refunds for any reason (except for cancellation within our cancellation deadlines).
