    DIY PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES MUST ADHERE TO COVID GUIDELINES. IF YOU’RE NOT SURE IF YOUR PROJECT WILL BE SUITABLE, EMAIL SPAULDING@DEARHANDMADELIFE.COM

    We’re offering a handful of vendors the opportunity to add a DIY craft project for kids or adults to their booth in addition to selling your handmade items. This is a great way to draw customers into your booth, keep little ones occupied while parents shop and engage with potential customers in a unique and meaningful way. We only have a handful of these booths, so you may be accepted as a vendor but your craft project add on may not be accepted.

    IF WE ACCEPT YOUR CRAFT PROJECT ADD ON:

    In exchange for offering this service, you will receive a 25% discount on your booth. We will share about your DIY project and link to your website in our newsletter, website and on social media (100,000+ followers/subscribers). If you are one of the vendors selected to include a DIY craft at your booth, we will notify you and refund 25% of your booth payment.

    GUIDELINES FOR DIY CRAFT PROJECTS:

    DIY projects can be simple, but must be engaging. Vendors must provide all the supplies and staffing for the DIY project. The project must take place within your booth. Projects should be free to attendees BUT you’re welcome to put out a tip/suggested donation jar. You’re welcome to offer a paid workshop (we will still promote it) but you will not be refunded 25%. Want to participate but stumped for ideas: some past successful DIY booths were: stamped holiday gift tags, card making, herbal eye pillows, crafting scrubs, mini felt “ugly” dolls, macaroni jewelry necklaces. We have a VERY limited number of these booths available so get creative. If your experience is chosen, you will be notified. Patchwork Show does not provide anything other than the space. We are not able to provide tables, chairs, tents, electricity etc. You will need to bring these and any items you need for your booth.

  • For example: Join The Craft Shoppe for holiday gift tag making using wood tags, collage and acrylic paint. Spruce up your gifts with a handmade touch and tap into your creativity.
  • If you have photos of your project/experience, please upload them below. We will potentially share these photos on our social media to promote your experience.     You must submit payment immediately for the booth option(s) you selected above. Vendor applications submitted without payment are considered incomplete and will not be considered.

    We will be sending out notifications for accepted and declined vendors on a rolling basis. Declined vendors will get booth fee refunds within seven business days (often sooner) of the notification.
