We have put together some promotional images for you to share on social media and in your newsletters to help spread the word to your followers and customers where they can shop with you in-person!
When sharing on social, be sure to tag us @thepatchworkshow and use #patchworkshow. We love to feature vendors on our social media accounts!

Not completing the steps on the Press Form below will not remove you from the show.

SPACE AND SET-UP INFO:
- The event is OUTDOORS.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, decor, etc. Patchwork ONLY provides the space. PLEASE COME PREPARED. It is highly recommended that vendors using canopies bring small weights for the legs. Please be mindful that vendor booths are right next to each other.
- There is no access to electricity.
- There is no WiFi available at this location.
- Leashed dogs ARE allowed at this location.

load-in info:
- Vendor arrival time is between 8:00am – 10:00am. Please DO NOT arrive before this time as we will not be on site to let you in to the venue.
- You must enter and exit the show via the load in arrows for your section of the load in/out map below. All vendors will enter through Franklin Street. The vendors in the pink section on the right will enter will turn right and then exit Broadway following the pink arrows. The vendors on the left in the blue section will enter the show via Franklin and exit through Alice Street following the blue arrows. You must enter and exit via these instructions, or you will be violating the contract we have with the venue.
- Please make sure to unload your car and then go park it before setting up your booth.
vendor parking
- There is no specific lot for vendors to park in. Please park in any of the lots listed on the event map above.
- Make sure to follow posted city parking signs – Patchwork Show is not responsible for any potential parking tickets that may occur.
load-OUT info:
- Load-out begins at 5:00pm. Please don’t begin loading out of the show before then.
- Please pack your booth completely before moving your car to your booth to load.
- Once your items are completely packed, get your car and pull it into the lot through the same directions you used to load in on the map above.
trash:
There are several trash cans in the area. Please be courteous and put your trash in a trash can. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH BEHIND.
