covid health & safety precautions
Our shows are all outdoors and, as of now, masks will be optional. We’ll update this page if anything changes.
SPACE AND SET-UP INFO:
- The event is OUTDOORS.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, decor, etc. Patchwork ONLY provides the space. PLEASE COME PREPARED. It is highly recommended that vendors using canopies bring small weights for the legs. Please be mindful that vendor booths are right next to each other.
- There is no access to electricity.
- There is no WiFi available at this location.
- Leashed dogs ARE allowed at this location.

vendor parking
- There is no specific lot for vendors to park in. Please park in any of the lots listed on the event map.
load-in info:
- Vendor arrival time is between 8:00am – 10:00am.
- Enter on Broadway from Winslow and follow the blue arrows on the map to your booth location.
- Please make sure to unload your vehicle and then go park it before setting up your booth.
load-OUT info:
- Load-out begins at 5:00pm. Please don’t begin loading out of the show before then.
- Load out the same way you loaded in:
- Enter on Broadway from Winslow and follow the blue arrows on the map to your booth location.
trash:
There are several trash cans throughout the show and dumpsters near the restrooms. Please be courteous and put your trash in a trash can. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH BEHIND.
