** If you're accepted as a vendor for Patchwork Show Tustin, you'll need to apply for a special business permit as required by the City of Tustin. More information will be included in your acceptance email.

Also, the Tustin show is outdoors in a lot. The ground is packed dirt with some rocks.
The Oakland show is also outdoors and parts of it on are packed dirt.

  • We’ve streamlined our permitting for our Patchwork Show food vendors. ALL food vendors must complete their county health department permitting applications as part of their booth applications.

    PLEASE SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE APPLICATION FOR INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING YOUR HEALTH DEPARTMENT PERMIT PAPERWORK WHICH MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPLICATION. All locations Health Departments have updated their requirements and fees for TFF applications. Please read the information on their website thoroughly.

    Patchwork Show DOES NOT provide hot water for hand washing stations.

  • For our 2-day events, we are offering discounted booths to vendors who apply for both days. Each show with a 2-day offer has it's own section (example: TUSTIN, CA - BOOTH OPTIONS FOR BOTH DAYS). In order to receive this discount, be sure you are selecting your booth in the both days section of the city you are interested in. Any questions, email katiemac@dearhandmadelife.com.

  • This non-refundable application fee is added to the cost of your application. This fee covers the administrative and jurying costs. The application fee covers as many locations as you apply for this season. For example, if you apply for all spring locations you only pay one $15 application fee.
