In an effort to expand our offerings to Patchwork Show attendees, we are now offering Experience Booths at all Patchwork Show locations. To apply for an Experience Booth at Patchwork Show, please fill out the application below in full.

WHAT IS AN EXPERIENCE BOOTH?

Some examples of Experience Booths include DIY crafting, tarot readings, face painting, some types of musicians, massages, yoga, etc. Our experience booths are intended for non-profits, businesses that don’t fit under our description of handmade vendors and service providers. Experience booths are geared for vendors who will be using the space to share about their business or service rather than sell at the show (you can sell things but that shouldn’t be your main focus).

However, if you are a handmade vendor who is interested in providing an experience as an extension of your booth in exchange for a discount, please fill out our craft vendor application.

Vendors who host a Patchwork Show Experience Booth will have the opportunity to make connections with potential clients, network with the local artist community as well as hone their craft to a new audience. In exchange for the complimentary experience that you provide to Patchwork Show attendees, your booth fee will be waived. (Tip/suggested donation jars are permitted.)

To help promote you and your Experience Booth, we will share about your experience and link to your online information in our newsletter, website and across our social media platforms to our collective audience of 100,000+ subscribers and followers.

GUIDELINES FOR EXPERIENCE BOOTHS:

Experience Booth spaces are limited so not all who apply will be accepted.

ALL EXPERIENCE BOOTHS MUST ADHERE TO COVID GUIDELINES. SPAULDING@DEARHANDMADELIFE.COM IF YOU’RE NOT SURE IF YOUR EXPERIENCE IS SUITABLE.

Vendors are responsible for providing all supplies and staffing for the experience. The experience must take place within your booth. If your experience is chosen, you will be notified. Patchwork Show provides the space for your booth – We are not able to provide tables, chairs, tents, electricity, water etc. You will need to bring these and any other necessary items for your booth.

  • Please tell us the name of your band or act, provide a short description of your music, let us know about your set-up and tell us how long you’d like to play.

    For example:

    Name: The John Smith Band

    Description: We play acoustic folk music with bluegrass roots.

    Set-up: We have a drummer, acoustic guitar player and singer (non-amplified). We need about 8 feet by 10 feet for our set-up.

    Time: Ideally we’d like to play for 45 minutes. We can play two sets with a 15 minute break between sets.

    Please note: We DO NOT have electricity or music equipment at any venues. If you need electricity, you must bring your own generator and we need to know what you’re bringing.

    If you have photos of your project/experience, please send them to hello@dearhandmadelife.com. We will potentially share these photos on our social media to promote your experience. If you don't have photos, don't worry!

  • If a space opens up and the jury approves you, we will contact you and you.
    IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AFTER YOU FILL OUT THE APPLICATION, THAT MEANS WE DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION BECAUSE YOU MISSED FILLING OUT A REQUIRED SECTION (NOTED WITH A RED *) ON THE FORM.

    Patchwork Show does not provide anything other than the space. We are not able to provide tables, chairs, tents, electricity etc. You will need to bring these and any items you need for your booth and experience.
