Not completing the steps on the Press Form below will not remove you from the show.

SPACE AND SET-UP INFO:
- The event is OUTDOORS.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, decor, etc. Patchwork ONLY provides the space. PLEASE COME PREPARED. It is highly recommended that vendors using canopies bring small weights for the legs. Please be mindful that vendor booths are right next to each other.
- There is no access to electricity.
- There is no WiFi available at this location.
- Leashed dogs ARE allowed at this location.
load-in info:
- Vendor arrival time is between 8:00am – 10:00am. Please note that Main Street is closed to all auto traffic.
- You must enter and exit the show via the load in arrows for your section of the load in/out map below.
- If your booth is on Main Street to the left (west) of S California Street, you are in the yellow zone. You will load-in from S Oak Street.
- If your booth is in the upper (North) part of S California Street, you are in the blue zone and you will enter the footprint of the show and stage your cars in the alleyway to the left. *Please note this alley is a tight fit so be courteous of your other vendors and unload as quickly as possible.
- If your booth is on the lower part of S California (South), you are in the pink zone. You will enter the footprint of the show from Santa Clara and stage your cars in the alley way to the right behind Lure Fish Shop. *Please note this alley way does not look like it goes through to S Chestnut Street on the map but it does.
- Make sure to follow posted city parking signs – Patchwork Show is not responsible for any potential parking tickets that may occur.
VENDOR load-in MAP
- Please park in the large free lot behind City Hall. Refer to the vendor parking map. Please note the walk from this location is a little steep so you are also welcome to park in the guest parking lots but there is limited parking in Downtown Ventura so we want to leave as many spaces for guests as we can.
- Make sure to follow posted city parking signs – Patchwork Show is not responsible for any potential parking tickets that may occur.
load-OUT info:
- Load-out begins at 5:00pm. Please don’t begin loading out of the show before then.
- Please pack your booth completely before moving your car to your booth to load.
- Once your items are completely packed, get your car and pull it into the lot through the same directions you used to load in on the map above.
trash:
There are several trash cans in the area. Please be courteous and put your trash in a trash can. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH BEHIND.
