BEACH YOGA

Move your body with the waves! One of the best ways to tap into your creativity is to release stress and tension from the body. Why not do it at the beach?! We will meet in the lobby and then walk down the street north of the hotel to the beach. Bring a towel or mat.

Bi-Lateral Tapping Workshop: Clearing Ruminating Thoughts to Make Room for Creative Flow

with KATHRYN SNELL-RYAN

Learn a life-long and completely accessible skill for clearing ruminating thoughts, regaining perspective in the moment, and ensuring your mind is available to the creative process.

Each night as we fall into REM sleep, our eyes are rapidly moving back-and-forth in our heads, and as this happens, our brains are rapidly processing information due to the movement between the left and right hemispheres. In this workshop, join an equal-parts therapist and maker to learn how to engage in this bi-lateral movement between brain hemispheres all on your own. It’s a quick and easy tool to calm and re-ground the mind in moments of tumult or when ruminating thoughts won’t climb off the hamster wheel…

It’s fun, easy, safe, and all you need for this workshop is your body and an open mind. ๐Ÿ™‚

Crafting Connections and Purpose

Meeting your conference goals is more than sticking to your schedule and setting an alarm to make sure you don’t miss the resin class. You need a clear purpose! You also need a conference buddy!

Get clear on why you came to Craftcation and what you hope to achieve. Enjoy a quiet conversation with one or two people at a time. Come find a safe place to share your stories and expectations. I have designed this workshop for introverts and first time conference attendees. My hope is that you will uncover a deep purpose and find a kindred spirit.

Manifest Your Craftcation Goals

Let lunar energy help you manifest your Craftcation goals! There is a new moon the day after Craftcation ends and this is the perfect time for setting intentions and goals. Come learn how to take what you learned at Craftcation and use the moon phases to manifest a desired goal and make the most of the positive energy of Craftcation.

MEETING YOUR HIGHER SELF

Embark on a transformative journey with life coach Alyssa Blackwell in a 30-minute “Meet Your Higher Self” meditation. Immerse yourself in a calming state as Alyssa guides you to encounter the best version of yourself. Explore the way your higher self expresses, from the words she uses to describe herself to the way she dresses, styles her hair, and adorns her body with jewelry. This insightful meditation promises not only a tranquil experience but also a profound connection with the elevated and empowered essence of your being. Bring your journal to take notes!

MORNING GENTLE YOGA

This indoor yoga class will be done sitting and/or standing, so no mats are needed.

MORNING MEDITATION

Before the classes and the crowds and the celebrations begin, let us sit and breathe together to come fully into our bodies and this moment. Honey will provide some gentle visualization guidance to help us ground and align for the best start to a day of adventure

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Who is ready for some awake napping? How about enjoying the energetic benefits of yoga poses with little physical effort? This class is designed to help you reset your sweet nervous system after a day of learning and socializing, so that you sleep better and/or are ready to jump back in to partying with your Craftcation family. Bring a towel or mat to lie on and a couple of towels or blankets (or pillows or bolsters) to support your body in the poses, and come dressed for resting.

SUNSET MEDITATION & BEACH WALK

Allow the setting sun and the ocean waves take your worries away. We will meet in the lobby and walk down the street north of the hotel to the beach. We will start with a seated meditation that will help you integrate all the positive experiences you had that day at Craftcation. Then we will take a mindful walk as the sun sets that will help release stress.
