Creative Kits from Bramble Berry

Do you ever feel like you want to do something creative but youā€™re just not sure where to begin? As someone who is basically creative for a living, I still have these struggles from time to time! When this happens, I have found the best way to scratch that creative itch is by trying out a new creative kit! These are especially perfect for a craft that you want to just dip your toes into & donā€™t want to have to go out and spend so much money on a ton of supplies only to learn that craft may not be right for you, or itā€™s just not something youā€™d like to pursue. Thatā€™s where these kits fit in perfectly. One of my recent favorites has been from Bramble Berry. At Craftcation this past April, Bramble Berry taught some workshops based around their Natural Salt Scrub Kit & everyone who took the class absolutely loved it!

I wanted to share with you how fun and easy these kits are, these are both beginner projects and each can be completed in under an hour. I love how both of these projects turned out. Thereā€™s plenty enough in the kits that I was able to keep some for myself and give some away as gifts too!Ā

SUPPLY LIST:

These kits come with the ingredients you need to complete the projects. Iā€™ve included what you will need from home under each kit.

Be sure to check out the KITS category on the Bramble Berry website to see how many awesome projects they have available, from bath bombs, to skin care, candles and more!

NOW LET'S GET TO MAKING!

NATURAL SALT SCRUB KIT:

For the Natural Salt Scrub Kit you start by unboxing everything and prepping your workspace. You will need to grab a large container, 3 medium containers, a spoon and a measuring spoon.
You start by mixing the oil in with the salt, the ratio is up to you! Then separate the salt/oil mixture evenly into the 3 medium containers. Measure & add your essential oils and powders/clay to each container and stir well to combine. Fill each container provided with your natural salt scrub and apply the corresponding scent sticker to the container and your done! Ready to gift or use for yourself.Ā

SUCCULENT MELT AND POUR SOAP KIT:

For the Succulent Melt and Pour Soap Kit again, you start by unboxing everything and prepping your workspace. You will need to grab a medium heat safe container, a spoon and a measuring spoon.Ā
You start by cutting the soap bases into smaller cubes, this will help it melt faster. Add the soap base to your heat safe container and microwave in 30 second increments until melted. Add your fragrance, extract and color cube. Pour the soap into each mold and let it cool for 4-6 hours. Once the soap is hardened, pop them out of the mold and make your second batch. So easy and so fun!Ā
