Editor’s Note: Like many artsy kids, when I was young, Martha Stewart was my DIY mentor. I devoured her magazines, thumbing through them at least a dozen times before I’d let myself carefully clip snippets to glue in my sketchbook. So, naturally I was excited when one of my favorite custom photo product brands Mixbook told us about their collaboration with Martha Stewart!
The Martha Stewart Collection for Mixbook features an array of DIY photo book, card and stationery designs that encapsulate the Martha Stewart brand while expanding on the selection of beautiful designs Mixbook has to offer. Since our DIY blog writer Nik is also a super talented photographer, I knew she’d love an opportunity to showcase her photos in a unique way. Nik and her husband travel A LOT. As a photographer, and honestly just a human who lives in 2020 I take A LOT of photos. For the most part they just tend to live on my phone, social media accounts or somewhere in the Cloud. My husband and I travel A LOT and I rarely ever print or do anything with those photos, but Mixbook had the perfect travel book template for me to use so that I could have my most treasured memories all in one place! The design of this book is beautiful and it’s easy to customize the page layouts & text throughout too. All I did was upload the photos of my choice from my computer and fill them into the pre-designed template, there’s also an autofill option that makes it even faster and easier. I’m so happy with my one-of-a-kind travel photo book.
