Patchwork Show Santa Ana Fall 2016

Kind of hard to believe that we were having 85 degree weather just two weeks ago! Our Patchwork Show in Santa Ana this past Sunday showed us that the holidays (and the holiday weather) have finally arrived!

Typically the day before Patchwork Show, our team goes to the site to measure and chalk out all of the booths, which takes about two hours. We knew that rain was forecasted for later in the day but we had to try! Well, 30 minutes after we finished, it POURED and there went all of our hard work. I didn’t bother going out to check as the rain continued into the night. No doubt we were just as stressed out as vendors wondering how long the rain would last but we were incredibly lucky that we only had a strong drizzle around 9:00am the day of the show!

Despite the cold, the Santa Ana crowds turned up and every once in a while we had breaks of sunshine. All in all, it was a lovely day!

Thank you to all that customers that came out, vendors who braved the weather and the Patchwork Show team that pulled off another wonderful event.
