Damn, here I am again. Us creatives seem to always be evolving. Transitions are change and change is usually not comfortable, even change we strive for. But, all that discomfort is what leads to the magic moments when we hit our next big thing.

Our guest podcast today, Margo Tantau, is in her next big thing and is an expert evolver. The first time I heard her name was when my friend Kari Chapin talked about this wonderful woman that I just had to meet. I thought that was the first time I’d heard Margo’s name but actually, I’d already met Margo years before in the lobby of a fancy hotel. There was something about her that drew me in back then and then all these years later my friend Kari was trying to connect us. There was no way around it, I was destined to get to know Margo more.
