Podcast Episode 31: Craftcation recap
This week on the Dear Handmade Life podcast Delilah and Nicole are drinking “cini-backs” (a shot of tequila chased with pepperoncini juice) and talking about Craftcation 2016. Craftcation is our annual four-day business and makers conference in Ventura California. Delilah and Nicole share some of their favorite moments from Craftcation 2016 including Wanderings: a self-guided art walk organized by Rosalie Gale of Unanimous Craft, our opening keynote address with Emily McDowell and our closing keynote interview with Karen Caplan of Frieda’s Produce. We also talk about what’s new with us: Delilah’s newest venture Alta Baja Market, Nicole’s return to her sketchbook through taking these Creativebug online classes: Sketchbook Explorations, Creative Sketchbooking and Art Journaling and why it’s so important for you to define your own idea of success.
