How to make a DIY doily dream catcher from Dear Handmade Life

Hi everyone! Joan from Break + Remake here! You’ll love this tutorial for a doily dream catcher and bonus, you’ll put it together in a snap. It was easier than I thought it would be to put it together. If you have lace doilies, grab them. If you don’t they are pretty easy to find at vintage or thrift stores. This is a choose your own adventure project as well, you can add feathers or beads to make a fancier dream catcher or keep it fairly simple. What to get:

Embroidery floss – this is a great multi-colored pack of 50 skeins for under $10!
Yarn darner – or any needle with a large eye
Doily – this is a great 4 pack
Embroidery hoop – here’s a great set of 4 wooden ones
Trim, ribbon, yarn, etc – if you don’t have scraps around, this is an awesome package of various trims and ribbons (cut them into 29-inch lengths)
-Scissors – we love these classic scissors!
