Meighan is a seasoned independent business owner who has over a decade of experience working for heavy hitters like Yahoo, Wikia (Wikipedia’s sister community website) and Silicon Valley’s Wired Magazine (just to name a few). She produced and hosted the popular podcast “What’s Your Story?” and ran the popular art blog “My Love for You” along with a host of other accomplishments. She’s also a speaker at Craftcation 2016.

- 1/2 pineapple cored and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon of local honey
- 4 cups water
- Chia seeds (opt)
- 2 large kale leaves
- Ice
- Add everything but the ice into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Separate just what you need for serving with the remainder in the fridge.
- Add 1/2 cup of ice to the blender and blend on high until the ice is crushed.
- Drink immediately.
- Reserve “juice” it lasts two days in the fridge.
