This week on the Dear Handmade Life podcast we’re drinking Delilah’s Pineapple cucumber morning workout slushie and talking with creative online strategist Meighan O’Toole. Meighan is a seasoned independent business owner who has over a decade of experience working for heavy hitters like Yahoo, Wikia (Wikipedia’s sister community website) and Silicon Valley’s Wired Magazine (just to name a few). She produced and hosted the popular podcast “What’s Your Story?” and ran the popular art blog “My Love for You” along with a host of other accomplishments. She’s also a speaker at Craftcation 2016.
We talk with Meighan about why your social media numbers are less important than your engagement, social media trends, Periscope tips, the culture of perfection and over-thanking on social media, compare and despair and a lot more!
